Physical Therapy of Lake Forest

ABOUT

Physical Therapy of Lake Forest is a private, outpatient, clinic specializing in orthopedic, sports medicine, and women's health established by Ellen Humphrey, a local, licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of academic and clinical experience.

Dr. Humphrey founded Physical Therapy of Lake Forest to provide patients a positive, personalized, hands-on, patient-centered alternative to the "assembly-line" rehab model, unfortunately, becoming more common in larger, profit-driven, medical corporations.

Patients who choose Physical Therapy of Lake Forest can expect our full attention on all your concerns, from scheduling through evaluation, treatment, and billing. We take the time to listen. After all, taking time to hear a patient's history often reveals important diagnostic clues and guides how care should be delivered.

Our patients receive care from highly-skilled, superior clinicians dedicated to providing hands-on treatment and education to empower patients to become independent.

LOCATION

Our clinic is conveniently located in a handicapped accessible, sunny, clean, comfortable suite, which provides cutting edge evaluation and treatment within a restorative, spa-like environment. There is ample handicapped-accessible parking.

Physical Therapy of Lake Forest is located at 840 S. Waukegan Road Suite 212, in Lake Forest, next to the West Lake Forest train station.
